Respected building body, the Home Builders Federation, sends out its National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey to new homeowners and collates the results once a year.
A prestigious 5 star accolade for customer satisfaction is only awarded to house building companies, in England and Wales, who score at least 90%.
