Meet the builder
Shortly after you reserve, we offer you the chance to meet the Site Manager (or Assistant Site Manager) responsible for your new home. This is the perfect opportunity to get some insight into the build process and have any queries answered by one of our experts.
Pre-plaster visit
When your Ashberry home is nearing the pre-plaster stage, you’ll get another chance to meet the site team, this time inside of your new home. The Site Manager will give you an ‘Ashberry Homecare’ booklet and ensure that you’re fully aware of the next steps – you’re in safe hands.
Home demonstration
In advance of your completion date, you’ll be invited to attend a Home Demonstration. Here, your Site Manager will acquaint you with all the aspects of your new home, and provide you with the chance to ask any additional questions. It’s nearly time to settle in to your new Ashberry home…
