Located in the historic market town of Stafford, Victoria Place reaps the benefits that the town centre and the nearby city of Birmingham have to offer, while maintaining easy access to scenic countryside.

The development can be reached within a two-minute drive of the A34, and a seven-minute drive of the M6. Central Birmingham is around 29 miles away.

This development falls under the administration of Staffordshire County Council.

These new houses for sale in Stafford are a short walk away from the nearest supermarket, ideal for everyday essentials. Well-known retailers are less than half a mile from the homes at Queens Shopping Park.

Stafford centre is one-and-a-half miles away. A popular market town, it boasts well-known stores and independent boutiques, as does its Waterside and Guildhall shopping centres. An indoor market is held throughout week, offering a variety of fresh, local goods.

For dining out, Stafford is home to a good selection of both independent and chain cafés, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants.

Birmingham has a multitude of shopping opportunities around 40 minutes’ drive away – from well-known retailers, designer labels and independent boutiques. Grand Central is a popular shopping destination, the centre host to high-end names and well-known restaurants. Dining options are in abundance, from Michelin-starred restaurants to independent establishments, with cuisines from all over the world. The city is renowned for the ‘Baltic triangle’ - home to several authentic curry houses dedicated to the Birmingham-born dish.

The development itself boasts three on-site play areas, two picturesque ponds and beautiful public open spaces. Residents can take advantage of the proximity to Victoria Park, just over a mile away, and Wildwood Park – only two miles away – the areas perfect for outdoor activities. Cannock Chase, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is just under a 20-minute drive away and has plenty of stunning scenery to enjoy.

Stafford features everything for an energetic day out, from sporting facilities to family-friendly entertainment. In addition, locals enjoy a cinema, bowling alley, art gallery, museums, a theatre and a castle just eight minutes away.

Birmingham has a wider range of entertainment, including museums, art galleries, theatres, an aquarium and an infamous chocolate factory. For adrenaline seekers, Drayton Manor and Alton Towers theme parks are just 40 minutes’ drive away.

For families living at Victoria Place, there are several highly regarded schools within the local area. This includes St. Leonard’s Primary School and St Paul’s C of E Primary School – both within walking distance from the development. Secondary education is covered via Stafford Manor High School and King Edward VI High School - each just over two miles away from home via car.

For independent education, Stafford Grammar School covers ages 3 – 18 and is less than 10 minutes’ drive from Victoria Place.

Further education is offered via Stafford College, around an eight-minute drive from home. For higher education, there are several nearby universities including the University of Wolverhampton, around 40 minutes away via car, and the University of Birmingham, about an hours’ drive from home.

Public transport is covered via frequent, local bus services, while Stafford train station is only 1.2 miles away from the development, or a six-minute drive, and provides services to major cities including Birmingham, Manchester and London.

For travel by car, the development can be reached within a two-minute drive of the A34, and a seven-minute drive of the M6. Stafford town centre can be reached in around eight minutes via the A34, while the M6 motorway leads northbound to Stoke, around half-an-hours’ drive, and southbound to Birmingham, within a 40-minute drive.

Birmingham Airport is also around 40 minutes’ drive from home, via the M6.
